Writers have always found a way to get their thoughts down. Back in the day, authors and writers used tape recorders to dictate their ideas. Today we have modern technology.
As the editor, I have a lot of projects going at once, from my art to my music to my books. For me, writing articles is easier when I dictate them. I get my thoughts out, and then I let AI assist with the editing. These are my words. I don’t let AI generate any content on this website.
We take this very seriously. We might ask AI for topic ideas, but the words are the authors’ own. If we find out a writer’s article was created by AI in any way, and the thoughts aren’t theirs, that writer and their content are removed from our site.
We’re transparent about one thing. Some of our lead images are made with AI, and when they are, the article says so at the bottom.
Every article carries the name of the person who wrote it. When we use facts from another source, we link to it.
