OVAH MAG writes about artists, music, film, fashion and culture. When we review or talk about someone’s work, we sometimes use an image from that work, like a still from a music video, an album cover or a press photo.
We use those images for commentary, review and news reporting. That’s the kind of use fair use under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107) covers. We don’t claim to own them. All rights belong to their owners, and we credit the source when we know it.
If you own an image on this site and want it credited differently or taken down, email editor@ovahmag.com with the link to the page and the image. We’ll take care of it.
