I know many of you don’t wanna hear this, but AI can help you lose weight. Yes, I said it. I’m living proof.
You know I’m not one to sit down and write everything down. I’ve seen Weight Watchers. This document, that document, this account, that account. Who got time for all that? Here’s what I do. I keep it simple. I take my phone and take a picture of what I’m eating.
I take pictures because it’s quick. I’m not typing into my phone. I snap the item and Claude sees what it is, the calories, the ingredients, and it’s easier for it to tell me a good choice from a bad one.
Let’s go back first. I created a personal project inside my AI. That section is like a journal. I put everything in there, personal thoughts included. For this example, I take a picture of what I’m eating every day and I get feedback. I’m not counting calories. I’m using AI for ideas.
Even at the grocery store, I took pictures of what I wanted to buy and got suggestions on whether or not to purchase it. A grocery store is full of options that are not good for you, and sometimes it’s hard to make a choice. Why not tap into the AI and use it for a minute?

Listen, just a little tip. The people who are struggling want a sparring partner, or just a support system, and don’t really wanna involve friends or family. And sometimes friends and family aren’t reliable. This is easy. You’re always on your phone, don’t we know it. Why not use it to your advantage?
And don’t tell me “I don’t like to type on my phone,” because I just told you, you can dictate. Use that little mic on the bottom of your phone. It’s that simple.
Don’t tell me I didn’t tell you how to lose weight. And it’s not even always about losing weight. Sometimes it’s just about maintaining it.
