Having a Green Smoothies is how I begin my morning and start my new day.  I do yoga and meditation to give thanks to the Universe and Blessings to start my day.  My day begins with a Green Smoothie morning.  Some of the health benefits include:

Green Smoothies is much better to drink than juicing because it has fiber.  It’s a good idea to start a daily intake of Green Smoothies because it’s a good way for a daily intake of green vegetables.  The Green Smoothies are easily digestible and easy to make. Dropping a few vegetables with some fruit and some Chia or Flax Seed, in a Vita-Mix or Nutri-Bullet, and in a few seconds, you have your healthy meal drink.

All the valuable nutrients in the fruits and vegetables are homogenized, and it becomes easy for the body to assimilate the nutrients, and it becomes absorbed in the mouth.  The Green Smoothies remove impurities and cleanse the body.  Its been known to help clear eczema in children.  In our society, people tend to have a high craving for sugar, Green Smoothies help to reduce cravings for other processed foods loaded with sugar, which are unhealthy for the body.  The fiber in the Green Smoothie helps with elimination, and you will not need a colon to cleanse.  It also helps to brighten your skin, eyes and lustrous hair.

One of the highlights of a Green Smoothie drink is that it helps with weight loss with which our society is in badly need of.  Americans are so overweight because they rely on processed foods loaded with sugar and they do not exercise.  We as a society need to be more health-conscious and demand to know what’s in our food.  Buying more organic fruits and vegetables, and making a Green Smoothie daily, is a way of life for me.

Therefore, have a daily morning intake of a Green Smoothie drink instead of a cup of coffee and donut,  egg mac muffin, among others from the fast-food store will start you off on the right foot, not the processed food that is so rich in calories, sugar, fat, and cholesterol.
